In the HANAUER 360 Office-/Service Centre, modern and spacious office floors covering an area of 2.200 sq.m offer space for the realisation of your office requirements. The building was planned for open-plan office solutions, but is also flexible enough for the implementation of a secluded cubicle structure. Each floor has two ample common areas equipped out as cafeteria, which can be used for recreation as well as for internal communication. The adjacent Neckermann.de staff canteen welcomes the lessee´s employees with a wide selection of fresh food, snacks and meals every day. A sufficient number of car parking spaces are available on the site.
SPECIFICATION
In January 2000, the HANAUER 360 Office-/Service Centre was thoroughly refurbished and was equipped with modern installations. The air-conditioning facilities provide the units with sufficient fresh air via the façade ventilation and regulate the room temperature in a comfortable range, both in summer and in winter.
THE BUILDING has a high-quality metal and glass façade with circumferential windows. Electrically-operated sun shades which are integrated into the box-type windows prevent the building from heating up and provide anti-glare protection suitable for working at computer screens. The illumination by pendant spotlights or downlights with mirror grid which qualify for permanent computer workstations provide an illuminance of approximately 500 lux.
The communication wiring runs in modern cable trunking floors. According to its high standard, all office spaces are equipped with a sprinkler system pursuant to VDS standards.
